Images not uploading, mockups are black.
If your images are not uploading and your mockups are black, make sure to check the images are in file formats Smartmockups understands (.JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .JPEG). If your images are in these file formats but still won't upload, here's what you need to do:
Click on the avatar of your account in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings.
Choose Preferences from the left-hand menu and turn off WebGL by clicking the button.
Once you turn off WebGL, make sure to clear your web browser's cache and relog back into the site to your Smartmockups account.
