Subscription change

You can change your subscription in these three ways:

  • you can upgrade your subscription plan 
  • you can switch from monthly billing to annual billing of your subscription and vice versa
  • you can downgrade your subscription plan

Upgrading your subscription plan

Subscription plans can be upgraded from your own Smartmockups account. Here's how:

Click on the avatar of your account in the upper right-hand corner and choose My account.

In the Plan & Billing tab, click on  Upgrade your plan.

Choose a plan you'd like to upgrade to and make a purchase.

Switching from monthly to annual billing and vice versa

If you want to remain using the same subscription plan but with a different billing, contact us for help.  We will switch the billing for your account.

Downgrading your subscription plan

If you want to downgrade from one paid plan to another, make sure to contact us for help. If you cancel your paid plan subscription, you'll automatically be downgraded to our Free plan from which you can always upgrade to a paid plan again.
