How to cancel my subscription?

💡 Note: Once you cancel your subscription, all the data you worked so hard on (like custom mockups, saved mockups and collections) will get lost once your plan expires.

Your Smartmockups subscription can be canceled at any time. There is no cancelation fee.

If you are already logged in to your Smartmockups account, here's how you  cancel your subscription:


Click on the avatar of your account in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings.


In the left column, click Plan & Billing.


Look for the Plan section.


Click  Cancel subscription and confirm Yes, cancel.


After that, your subscription will be canceled and your plan will be automatically downgraded to our Free plan. From here, you can always renew the subscription by upgrading to one of our paid plans again and regain access to all mockups and features.

💡 Note: You can use your plan for the rest of the billing period. You won't be charged again unless you resubscribe.
