How to cancel my subscription?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your Smartmockups subscription. Therefore, your Smartmockups subscription can be canceled at any time without any cancelation fee.

💡 Note: Once you cancel your subscription, all the data you worked so hard on (like custom mockups, saved mockups and collections) will get lost once your plan expires. It's important to back up any important data before canceling to avoid losing it.

If you are already logged in to your Smartmockups account, here's how you  cancel your subscription:

Click on the avatar of your account in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings.

In the left column, click Plan & Billing.

Look for the Plan section.

Click  Cancel subscription and confirm Yes, cancel.

After that, your subscription will be canceled and your plan will be automatically downgraded to our Free plan. From here, you can always renew the subscription by upgrading to one of our paid plans again and regain access to all mockups and features.

💡 Note: After canceling your subscription, you'll retain access to your subscription plan and its features for the remainder of the current billing period. Once your plan expires, you'll be automatically downgraded to our Free plan. This plan provides limited access to our features and mockups. You won't be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.
