How to switch from Pro Yearly to Pro Monthly plan?

Smartmockups has stopped renewals for Pro Yearly subscriptions as part of the closure process, effective from September 27, 2023. You'll still be able to use your plan exactly as you've been until your billing period ends. Once your Pro Yearly plan expires, you can optionally transition to our monthly subscription model before we shut down the platform on September 27, 2024, to complete your ongoing projects.

This guide will walk you through the process of switching from the Pro Yearly to the Pro Monthly plan seamlessly.

💡 Note: Please remember you'll need to change your subscription before it ends to save the work you've created with Smartmockups. If you choose not to change, please download all your saved mockups and any other assets you don't want to lose after your Pro Yearly plan expires.

If you're already logged in to your Smartmockups account, here's how you change your subscription from Pro Yearly to Pro Monthly.

💡 Note: The monthly plan offers a flexible billing cycle, with payments made on a monthly basis.

  1. Click on the avatar of your account in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings.
  1. In the left column, click Plan & Billing.

  1. Look for the Plan section.

  1. Click  Change or upgrade your plan.
  2. Choose the Pro Monthly plan and make a purchase.

💡 Note: We recommend switching to Pro Monthly a few days before your Pro Yearly plan expires. If you change your subscription from Pro Yearly to Pro Monthly during your recurring billing period, you'll have a credit balance. Once the credit balance is used up, the subscription will automatically renew again at the standard price every 1 month.
